Varietal: 100% grenache
Appellation: Dry Creek Valley
Sensory Notes: The 2018 rosé is a very light colored wine, we think of watermelon flesh pink or a very light salmon color. The aromatics jump out of the glass! Immediately sparking thoughts of wild strawberry, watermelon, white flowers, and white peach. It's very light-bodied with bright, crisp acidity and a finish that makes you want to go back for more!
Vineyard Notes: Grown at the Mounts Vineyard on a well-drained hillside. The vineyard is mostly comprised of Clough soil, better known as a very iron rich, red soil very indicative of Dry Creek Valley. It was harvested at the peak of rosé maturity.
Cellar Recommendations: Drink immediately! This is the perfect summer sipper.
