Our Guests' Safety is of the Utmost Importance to Us

Bella is commited to the safety of its crew members and guests and adheres to the health and safety guidelines set forth by the CDC as well as local guidelines. Check back for more updates or give us a call at (707) 473-9171 to get the most up-to-date information.

Safety Protocols

By visiting the winery you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. See the waiver of liability below.

We will continue to modify our policies as the circumstances or the guidelines established by Sonoma County and the State of California evolve.

Reservations Will Be Required

Bella Vineyards will require all visitors to make reservations tin order to visit the winery. Reservations must be made with a minimum 24 hour notice.

  • Reservation are available via our experience booking platform
  • Your reservation is for a very specific start time and we ask you to please be prompt so that we can provide you with a full experience and not have you be rushed!
  • Reservations cannot be extended due to late arrivals.
  • We will only be able to accommodate up to eight people per reservation. If you have a group over 6, you will need to call us to book your reservaton at: 707.473.9171
  • Reservations can be made by phone anytime at 707.473.9171 or email us at tours@bellawinery.com.
  • Due to a limited number of seats, every person in your party is required to have a reservation. This includes childre (anyone who needs their own chair). This may be done by selecting the number of non-tasters and children during your Tock checkout, or by calling us. 
  • Dogs are allowed but must be on a 6' or shorter leash and at your table at all times.

Waiver of Liability and Refusal of Service Policy

This waiver is a contract by which guests and their parties are releasing any rights that they might have to hold Bella Vineyards and/or its employees and principals liable for personal injury related to their visit to Bella Vineyards. To the extent possible under the law, guests and their parties intend this waiver to apply to any and all personal injuries related to their visit to Bella Vineyards, including but not limited to any and all disease infections.  If this agreement is required to be limited by law to infection from COVID-19 or a similar disease, then guests and their parties acknowledge the contagious nature of the COVID-19 virus and voluntarily assume the risk that they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by visiting, or participating in wine tasting at, Bella Vineyards.  

All guests and their parties acknowledge the contagious nature of the COVID-19 virus and voluntarily assume the risk that they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by visiting or participating in wine tasting at Bella Vineyards and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, serious illness, permanent disability or death. Guest and their parties understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Bella Vineyards may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of themselves and others, including but not limited to Bella Vineyards, Bella Vineyards’s employees and other Bella Vineyards visitors.

Guest and their parties voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to themselves, including, but not limited to, personal injury, illness, disability, death, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that they may experience or incur in connection with their visit to or participation in wine tasting at Bella Vineyards (“Claims”). Guests hereby release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless Bella Vineyards, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. Guest and their parties understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Bella Vineyards, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after their visit to or participation in wine tasting at Bella Vineyards.

Additionally, Guest and their parties are not aware that they have any health conditions that are known to increase their likelihood of experiencing injuries or make me more susceptible to illness while engaging in this activity. Guest and their parties acknowledge and agree to take appropriate precautions, including maintaining good personal hygiene including frequent hand washing or sanitizing and staying at least six feet from persons not in their party or related to me, other than hospitality personnel. In addition to following all precautions established by Bella Vineyards, Guest and their parties will take all steps necessary to reduce the risk of illness to themselves. They specifically acknowledge and agree that they are not experiencing any symptoms identified by the Centers for Disease Control and California Department of Health, and have not had a fever or felt feverish without the use of medication, prescription or over-the-counter, in the last 72 hours.

Refusal of Service

Guests and their party understand they may be refused service if they are seen to be experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. The list of symptoms is provided by and updated by the CDC via this link.
