2021 Rock's Edge Zinfandel | The 2021 Rocks Edge Zinfandel presents a beautifully feminine and alluring bouquet, showcasing notes of blackcurrants, cocoa nibs, and a subtle hint of orange peel. Layers of structured tannins and rich flavors of cacao and earth give to an incredibly long finish.
2021 Block 10 Zinfandel | 94 Points, Wine Enthusiast | Barrel Select | "The aromatics of this wine are extremely expressive, with sour cherry, licorice, lemon peel and white pepper aromas on the nose. The palate evolves into a fusion of cranberry, spiced orange marmalade and forest-floor flavors that finish with a chewy, tannic grip provided by the 10% Syrah in the blend. Lay this down for three to four years and it should absolutely sing."

2021 Stone's Throw Estate Zinfandel | The 2021 Stone's Throw estate zinfandel is a bold and robust expression of its unique terroir. Cultivated in rocky soils with varied vineyard exposures, this wine captures the essence of our estate's diverse landscape, producing powerful zinfandels. Each vineyard exposure is meticulously monitored, and the grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness within a precise harvest window, ensuring peak complexity. Aged for 20 months in 25% new French oak, this zinfandel delivers rich, concentrated flavors of dark fruit and earthy undertones, balanced with medium acidity for a deep, lingering finish. The enticing aroma of rich blackberries and the velvety texture make this wine a bold and intriguing taste experience.
2021 Westphall Vineyard Zinfandel | Renowned for its steep peaks and strong winds, Westphall Vineyard produces exceptional zinfandels. Perched high above Lake Sonoma at an elevation of 1,250 feet, this vineyard's scarce water, thin soils, and thick rock bed create challenging conditions for the vines. This struggle yields fruit with remarkable intensity and complexity. The 2021 vintage is an elegant wine, bursting with aromas of bright red fruit and nuanced notes of red currants. 2021 Rockpile Zinfandel | Barrel Select | An incredible synthesis of the Rockpile Vineyards, whose extreme microclimate produces wines of depth and character. The winemaking team tasted from barrel after barrel to come up with a wine that epitomizes the dark fruit and earthy undertones, characteristic of this AVA. Rustic aromatics lead to a showy palate of blackberries, cacao and a hint of coffee beans. Juicy tannins lead to a well-balanced, seamless finish.
2021 Sailor + The Cow Zinfandel | An elegant and powerful nose of wild raspberry, Chambord, minerality and secondary aromas of eucalyptus and dusty earth offer a welcoming entry for the 2019 The Sailor + The Cow zinfandel. Both red and blue fruits lead to lots of structure, aided by the 17% syrah. Chewy, structured tannins are beautifully matched with bright acidity and an incredibly long finish that welcomes itself as a food pairing.
2021 DuPratt Vineyard Zinfandel | The old vines of DuPratt Vineyard lie two hours north deep in the remote woods of Mendocino. The 2021 DuPratt Zinfandel is a young and vibrant expression that reflects its high-elevation coastal origins. Its bright, high-toned fruit is complemented by distinctive notes of juniper berry, forest floor, and eucalyptus, creating a fresh and invigorating profile. The long and lingering finish reveals hints of redwood and continues to highlight its unique character. While youthful now, this Zinfandel's lively acidity promises longevity, allowing the wine to evolve beautifully in the bottle. During that evolution, the tannins will soften, and more complex tertiary qualities like tobacco and deeper earthiness will emerge.
