The last date of the Roots and Boots series coincides with the heart of harvest time. Spend time in the cellar and see how the grapes have progressed from vine to wine.
You will be guided through the winery and our famous wine caves, where our Ten Acre wines are aging in barrels. We will discuss what happens to the grapes after they have been picked, fermented, and aged. The unique tasting includes wines that are possibly still going through fermentation, in barrel, recently bottled, and older library wines.
