Inspired by the highly regarded Moulin-à-Vent, this vintage mirrors the elegance and layered character of one of Beaujolais’ most celebrated crus, where cherry and violet meet an earthy undertone. It’s also one of Winemaker Ryan Schmaltz’s favorites to enjoy throughout the summer and fall.
