VINIFICATION NOTES: Each block of zinfandel, syrah and petite sirah on Lily Hill are picked individually according to ripeness, with harvest dates ranging from 9/29-10/26/23. The fruit was sorted, destemmed and given 27 days of skin contact, with two pumpovers a day until it was pressed at dryness. The wine was barrelled-down into 100% French oak, 26% new, for 17 months in our wine caves.
