VINIFICATION NOTES: Hand-harvested fruit from our estate was carefully sorted and fermented in a combination of open- and closed-top fermenters to maximize depth and structure. After fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak to integrate tannins and build complexity, resulting in a deeply concentrated and age-worthy petite sirah.
SENSORY NOTES: This petite sirah is rich, dark, and unapologetically bold. Aromas of blackberry, black currant, cassis, and black tea lead to a palate packed with ripe, concentrated fruit and powerful structure. Firm tannins and bright acidity give the wine focus and energy, while time in the cellar will bring a velvety mouthfeel and added harmony. The long finish hints at its remarkable cellaring potential.
