2016 Boots Block Chardonnay

Varital: 100% Chardonnay 

Winemaking Notes: For the 2016 Ten Acre Boots Block Chardonnay, we hand-sorted the grapes, cold-settled for 24 hours. Barreled down and fermented in 100% French Oak, 40% new. Barrel stirred everyday during primary fermentation.

Sensory Notes: This bright Chardonnay displays flavors of nectarine, stone fruit, as well as floral and baking spices. On the pallete, this velvety Chardonnay expresses flavors of bright citrus and peach. It has bright acid that really catches the side of your tongue and keep you coming back for more.
