Sensory Notes: Enveloping aromas of stonefruit, pear, and lilac that leads into an incredibly satisfying mouthfeel, finishing with bright acidity. This 375mL bottle is filled with a beautifully balanced wine that will compliment your cheese course, apple pie, or stand alone as the perfect conclusion to your holiday meal. 

Vineyard Notes: Owned by the Guidici family, and planted and farmed by our Vineyard Manager Charlie Chenoweth, Three Perch is an exciting cool-climate vineyard that we have been sourcing fruit from since 2013. In our search for the best pinot noir sites on the Sonoma Coast, we came across this beautiful, sloping vineyard tucked away in the redwoods west of the town of Occidental. While there, we noticed three black birds perched above the vineyard, watching over the vines—thus the name. The Three Perch vineyard sits at approximately 900 feet elevation in the extreme Sonoma Coast appellation. The vineyard managers have a unique approach of dry farming the vineyards to add nuance and complexity to the grapes. 

Winemaking Notes: We have been long-time fans of German rieslings. In 2012 we found the perfect site for cool-climate Sonoma Coast riesling, the Three Perch vineyard. Our goal was to create an off-dry wine that is bright, elegant, and showcases the character of the vineyard.
