Vineyard Notes: Big River Ranch, with its deep red soils and hot summer days, produces big, complex wines. This unique benchland vineyard sits just above the Russian River, which gives cooler evenings and unique, sandy loam soils. The longer hangtime for the fruit allows this syrah to fully develop its full-bodied flavors.
