The Sailor + The Cow Zinfandel pays homage to the storied history of Dry Creek Valley. This wine is a blend of fruit sourced from two iconic vineyards: Lily Hill Vineyard, once owned by Captain Mervin and Maja Staehr from 1946-1977, and Maple Vineyards, currently farmed by the Rafanelli family. The farmhouse where the Staehrs resided sits just below our winery, and through this wine, we honor the legacy of those who came before us. Lily Hill Zinfandel exudes vibrant fruit aromas and offers a lush, harmonious body. Meanwhile, Maple Vineyards contributes savory nuances and a profound depth to the palate, reflecting the continued stewardship of the Rafanelli family.
The Crossing is a beautifully rich and textured red wine that showcases the character and complexity of Dry Creek Valley. With an alluring structure, this exciting Rhône blend combines Old World sophistication with vibrant layers of New World fruit.
Jack's Bench Rockpile Zinfandel comes from an extremely special site high up in the rugged Rockpile AVA. It is a deep explosion of fruit, minerality, and baking spices with rich aromatics and tannin structure.
