Aromas of blueberries, plums and black raspberries mingle with subtle oak and vanilla notes. In the mouth the wine exhibits soft tannins, bright acidity and a medium body. The fruit flavors are complimented by a hint of currant and cocoa. This is a spicy, true syrah that can be enjoyed with a variety of fare, including barbequed meats, smoked game or strong cheeses.
