This syrah is a blend of several vineyards from both Dry Creek and Alexander Valley. The nose has the classic characteristics of smoke, cedar, and meat. On the palate there are flavors of plums, pomegranates, dark berries, chocolate and coffee. The finish is smooth and silky with well-integrated tannins. It will pair well with food off the grill, roasts and pasta dishes.
