The Lily Hill zinfandel is a wine of many layers of intense complexity. The bouquet is bright, ripe, candied fruit and blackberry jam. The flavors cascade on the palate with dark fruit, blackberries, black cherries, raspberries, creamy mocha, chocolate and sweet vanilla, culminating with a long and silky, lingering finish. This wine will age gracefully for from 2007 to through 2011 and can accompany many different foods. Enjoy.
