In 2004, we allowed small sections of the zinfandel from our Big River and Lily Hill properties to ripen more than one month longer than fruit for our other zinfandels. The result is a concentration of flavors and a wonderfully thick, luscious dessert wine. Tasting the wine is a sensual experience as the wine explodes with cherry and raspberry flavors from the glass. Enjoy this wine with a dark chocolate dessert for a truly decadent experience!
