Grapes for this delicious blend came from select vineyards in the Alexander Valley. It has an enticing bouquet of black cherries, pomegranate, and strawberries. In the mouth the flavors explode with sweet cherries, strawberry liqueur, mocha and a hint of subtle vanilla. The mouth feel is full and the tannins are soft and lead to a long and silky finish. This wine is delicious and approachable now and can be aged through 2009.
