Many great wines of the world are simple blends of two or more components that bring complexity and balance into the final blend. The Hillside Series is created on that tradition. Our wines are all picked and kept in small lots in order to give us flexibility in creating the best final blends. The Hillside wines allow us to blend from the best grapes of a particular vintage and use lots from a variety of our vineyards to create the wonderful balance, fullness and texture that we strive for.
